I’ve purchased a ticket for a live streaming concert. How do I watch it?
You have received an Email just after purchasing your ticket. Just click on the code and enjoy! You do not have to enter the code anywhere.
If you bought the Bundle Ticket, which includes tickets to all three concerts, please keep the received email with the code, because this is your access to all three live shows.
If you bought a VIP Ticket the encore show will continue after a short break.
If you upgraded your ticket to a VIP Ticket, you will receive a new email with a new code and a separate link for the encore-show Zoom interaction.
Can I watch the concert in more than one device simultaneously with a single ticket?
No. Your ticket entitles you to watch the concert on a single device. Should you wish to change devices, please ensure you have disconnected from your previous device before accessing the provided link.
If by accident you attempt to watch the show from a second device, even at the same household, our systems will force the first device out. Should this happen and you try to reconnect from the first device, a replacement link will be emailed to the originally provided email address, which will invalidate the original link and will disconnect the second device as well. Please use the second link to reconnect to the streaming event. Any attempts to tamper with this security feature will mean a violation of our General Terms and Conditions.
I have received the proof of payment. How can I watch?
Please check your spam/junk folder of your emails. You may find there an email from email@example.com with instructions on how to watch. If you haven’t received such email, please provide us with a copy of the payment confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Can I buy a ticket even if the concert has started?
Yes, you can. However, if you have purchased a ticket for a live concert, you will only be able to watch it from that moment onwards. If you have purchased a VIP ticket, you may watch the show from the beginning once the ON DEMAND content is available.
Can I buy tickets for my friends or as gift?
Of course! Just mention their email address in the appropriate field at the time of the purchase, so they can receive the ticket directly.
Alternatively, you may forward the received email to your friend. Please note that in this case, any reference to this ticket can only be identified by the originally used email address and not the one of the final recipient.
Can I watch the stream on my smart Phone, Tablet or Computer?
Yes, of course! The only thing you need to do, is to access your emails and click on the ticket code through the device you want to watch the live stream.
How can I watch the live stream on my TV?
If your TV has an internet browser, then visit the website mentioned in your ticket confirmation.
Another way is to connect your laptop or desktop with your TV by using either an appropriate cable or wirelessly.
Lastly, if your TV supports casting, airplay or screen mirroring you may use your smart phone or tablet to send the content on your TV.
What are the minimum requirements of Hardware/Software that need to be met to watch the show?
To watch a livestream event, please ensure you have the following:

*In Firefox for Windows, H.264 video decoding is only supported in Windows 7 and later. Firefox for Windows XP is not supported.
**Internet Explorer 11 is not supported on Windows 7 or older.

Can I watch the live stream after it ends?
If you have purchased a VIP ticket, you may watch the show ON DEMAND at your convenience. Otherwise, you may purchase an ON-DEMAND ticket from here.
I’m having problems with the quality of the stream, what can I do?
If you experience difficulties with the quality of the stream, please contact your internet service provider to ensure that your connection meets our minimum requirements mentioned above.
Please ensure that neither your player or device is muted before refreshing your browser.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
All sales are final once purchased. Only in case, that the event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled, refunding may be offered. Further information hereto you will find in the General Terms and Conditions.
I’m in a different time zone, how do I know when the livestream starts?
Once your transaction is completed, you will receive together with your ticket a calendar invitation that you can add into your favourite calendar application and which will be adjusted to reflect the livestreaming event at your local time zone.
